Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the cv33 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must notify cv33 promptly of any changes to your registration details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Logging out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Notifying cv33 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting [email protected].

cv33 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from cv33 and requesting your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All deposits made to cv33 accounts are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cv33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly and will appear in your cv33 account balance within minutes.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• cv33 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which cv33 accepts no responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• cv33 reserves the right to refuse any deposit or request additional verification before crediting funds to your account balance.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the cv33 account dashboard. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your name and matching the payment method used for deposits where applicable.
• cv33 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before 6:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) on business days.
• Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the following business day.
• cv33 may apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds. In such cases, additional documentation may be required before funds are released.
• Bonus funds that have not satisfied all applicable wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal.
• cv33 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected, without liability to the account holder.

If a withdrawal is declined, the relevant funds will be returned to your cv33 account balance and you will be notified via the contact details associated with your account. You may then re-submit the request after addressing any identified issue.

cv33 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only and may be restricted by account status, deposit history, or geographic location.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games or markets specified in the relevant promotion terms. Using a bonus on excluded games or markets may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• cv33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a member's eligibility for a bonus where abuse or irregular play patterns are identified.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Where a bonus is credited to an account in error, cv33 reserves the right to reclaim the bonus and any winnings generated from it.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the cv33 platform, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other markets offered:

• All bets are final once confirmed. cv33 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after confirmation, except in circumstances expressly provided for in these Terms or specific sport/market rules.
• cv33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect or erroneous price ("palpable error"). Bets voided under this provision will be refunded to the member's account balance.
• In-play betting markets are subject to a slight delay before settlement to account for live data feed verification. cv33 shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to data feed errors or delays.
• Where an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable to that market, which are available within the cv33 sportsbook interface.
• Maximum win limits per bet, per day, and per event apply and are displayed in the relevant market. cv33 reserves the right to limit stakes for any member at its sole discretion.
• Any bet placed after an event has concluded — due to a system error or data feed failure — will be voided and the stake returned.

Cricket-specific rules covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series markets — including player performance props, session betting, and method of dismissal markets — are detailed within the cv33 sportsbook help section. Members are encouraged to review these rules before placing bets on specific markets.

All casino games available on the cv33 platform — including live dealer games, slots, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and the Boat of Fortune — are subject to the following general rules:

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) games use certified RNG technology provided by the relevant game studio. Outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cv33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in any automated manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other members, or any activity that seeks to manipulate the outcome of any game or event.

• Registering or operating more than one (1) cv33 account.

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside cv33's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, acts of God, or third-party payment provider outages.
• Any losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials or from your disclosure of those credentials to a third party.
• Decisions made by game providers or live dealer studios regarding the outcome of any game.

cv33's total liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your cv33 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• You fail to satisfy KYC or age verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Continued operation of your account would expose cv33 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

In cases of suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, cv33 may withhold outstanding balances pending the outcome of an investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, those funds will be forfeited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. You agree that any claim or dispute you have against cv33 must be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.
